These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hantogel ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") in respect of your use of the website located at https://hantogel.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications made available through it.

Hantogel operates as an online gambling platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and related entertainment services. The Platform is licensed under an international online gambling licensing framework. We do not hold, and do not claim to hold, a gambling licence issued by the Malaysian government or any Malaysian regulatory authority, as no such licence category exists in Malaysia for online gambling operators.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use hantogel.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on hantogel, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Hantogel enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all Players, consistent with international standards for casino-style gambling platforms. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (individual), not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited or unlicensed. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be, and must not previously have been, self-excluded from hantogel or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of hantogel or any of its related entities, nor a family member of any such person, unless written approval has been obtained.

To access the full range of services on hantogel, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts — including under a spouse's, family member's, or associate's name — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify hantogel immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

In order to protect the integrity of the Platform and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations, hantogel requires all Players to complete an identity verification process before processing any withdrawal request.

Identity verification ("KYC") requires Players to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification — Malaysian MyKad (preferred), Passport, or other government-issued identity document bearing your name, photograph, and date of birth.
• Proof of address — A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months bearing your name and current residential address. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
• Payment method verification — Where requested, a screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet account (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) or bank account used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name.

Hantogel reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including enhanced due diligence documentation for large transactions or where the source of funds requires clarification. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

KYC verification is typically processed within 24 hours of document submission. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when making their first withdrawal.

All deposits on hantogel are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit amount per transaction varies by payment method and may be subject to adjustment from time to time.

Hantogel accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — processed instantly.
• Instant Bank Transfer (DuitNow): All major Malaysian banks — typically processed within minutes.
• FPX Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks — typically5–15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC) — minimum equivalent of MYR 30.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts, shared accounts, or payment that cannot be verified as belonging to you will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Hantogel does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, for which hantogel accepts no responsibility.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved prior to the first withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Credits must be satisfied before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to the Player's account tier.
• The Player's Account must be in good standing, with no active restrictions, investigations, or disputes.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Bank Wire Transfer: typically 15–60 minutes following approval, subject to bank processing schedules.

All stated processing times are indicative. Hantogel does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Hantogel reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or where unusual account activity has been identified. Such checks may temporarily delay processing of the relevant withdrawal.

Hantogel offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, displayed at the time of the promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiple (e.g. 10x, 15x, 20x) is specified on each promotion. A10x requirement on a RM100 bonus means total bets of RM1,000 must be placed before withdrawal eligibility.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While Bonus Credits are active in an Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet is RM250, unless otherwise specified. Placing bets exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Credits expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the specified time window (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from credit date). Expired bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Hantogel reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, or use of prohibited betting strategies (such as arbitrage or low-variance play designed primarily to clear wagering requirements).
• One Promotion at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.

All bets and wagers placed on hantogel are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player after they have been accepted by the Platform, except where an error has occurred on the part of hantogel.
• Hantogel reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error or that are manifestly incorrect ("palpable error"). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a game or betting event (including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or data feed failures), hantogel reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and vary by game type, market, and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed within the game or betting interface.
• Hantogel reserves the right to limit the maximum payout per event, per day, or per Player where deemed necessary to manage risk and protect the Platform's financial integrity.
• For live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), the outcome determined by the live dealer is final and binding, subject only to confirmed technical error.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on hantogel. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or using more than one Account, including accounts registered in another person's name.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to exploit the Platform's systems or game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winings obtained through exploitation of system errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or that are subject to any legal freeze, charge, or encumbrance.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's underlying technology or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hantogel staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the hantogel Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game mechanics, user interface designs, and source code — is the property of hantogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from hantogel.

Unauthorised use of hantogel's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by hantogel and its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hantogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or profits due to technical failure, disconnection, or system error (where stakes are returned per these Terms).
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, or event statistics.
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or infrastructure outside hantogel's direct control.
• Any loss of data, including transaction history, as a result of technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hantogel's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Hantogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide Players with a range of tools to support healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Account Settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 7 days to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, the account will be suspended and re-opening will require a formal review process.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate session time reminders to receive periodic notifications about their session duration.
• Session Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to prevent extended play without breaks.

Hantogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Identification of duplicate account ownership.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, hantogel reserves the right to void and forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Credits. In cases of suspected fraud, funds may be held pending investigation and may be surrendered to relevant authorities.

Where an Account is closed voluntarily by the Player, or due to inactivity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, following completion of any required KYC process.

Hantogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

We will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email or prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific bet, game outcome, or transaction, Players are encouraged to contact hantogel Customer Support in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through our support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, Players may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by our licencing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying for urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
